Games 1 – 18 and Game 21:
- 5 minute warmups
- 2, 20 minutes running time periods
- 1 20 minute stop time period if the score remains within 6 goals.
- If at any time in the 3rd period, the score has a spread of 7 or more goals, the game will revert to running time for its duration regardless of the spread of the score after that point.
- No overtime
- 7 Minute intermissions.
- At the discretion of the tournament directors, intermissions, warmups or the game play may be shortened due to time overruns
- Round robin games shall be awarded 2 points for a win, 1 point for a tie and 0 points for a loss
Games 19, 20 & 22
- 5 minute warmups
- 2, 20 minutes running time periods
- 1 20 minute stop time period if the score remains within 6 goals.
- If at any time in the 3rd period, the score has a spread of 7 or more goals, the game will revert to running time for its duration regardless of the spread of the score after that point.
- 7 Minute intermissions.
- If the score is tied after 3 periods, the game will continue after a 2 minute break with 10 minute stop time periods until a goal is scored (sudden victory)
- Intermissions between overtime periods will be 7 minutes in duration
Game 23:
- CLA Rules
- 5 minute warmups
- 3, 20 minute stop time periods
- 10 minute intermission

Pool B: Maple Ridge, Port Moody, Port Coquitlam, Mission, Ladner
In the event of a tie in the standings (as per 14.08 of the Senior Directorate Operating Policy)
